Turkey A La King
2 cups cooked diced turkey
2 cups mushrooms, quarter cut
1 green pepper, diced
1 red pepper, diced
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 cup butter
1/2 cup flour
1/4 cup white wine
1/8 tsp. salt
dash pepper
1 Tbsp. Chicken soup base powder
2 cups milk
In a large pot on medium high heat, melt butter, add mushrooms and garlic powder. Allow mushroom to brown then add red and green pepper and cook until peppers turn soft and then add diced turkey. Add flour, salt, pepper, wine and chicken soup base. Continue to cook on medium heat, and slowly add milk. Keep stirring until the mixture comes to a boil.
Serve over rice, noodles or in a cooked pie shell.

1 cup Turkey, cooked and diced
1 medium onion, diced
¼ cup red/ green pepper, diced
1 hot chilli pepper, split down the center
¼ cup margarine
¼ tsp. Salt
¼ tsp. Chicken soup base powder
Soya Sauce to taste
In a large frying pan on medium high heat, melt butter and add onion. Allow onion to become soft then add red pepper and chilli pepper, salt, chicken soup base powder and cooked turkey. Allow to cook for 3 minutes, add cooked rice, stir and serve. Add Soya sauce to taste.
