Can't wait to try out your new cookbook. Now maybe I'll be able to learn how to carve the turkey so it looks edible!

I loved your first book, mostly because it really was "A Practical Dinner Guide for REAL PEOPLE"! Can't wait to get my little hands on your new book...your guidance makes me look like I know what I'm doing in the kitchen! Thanks Veena!

The turkey cookbook sounds like a good idea to me. As a single male, I can cook some things well and several things as edible. However, like many males, I don't tend to follow recipes and my cooking is often hit or miss. I would love to buy the turkey tome, but unfortunately, I'm currently living and working in China, so buying and getting it shipped here would be iffy, especially getting it in time for Thanksgiving. Perhaps you should think about making the book available from the web where it could be downloaded for a fee? That might expand your expertise to the many expats who are not living in North America.
